Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Business and/or industry. Tasks: Produce carvings from wood, stone and other materials. Design bouquets and select natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories to create arrangements or other floral items. Organise day-to-day business operations. Sell products on a retail basis. Supervise apprentices or other artisans. Area of specialization: Wreaths and swags. Ornaments and accessories. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Ability to distinguish between colours. Sitting. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Own tools/equipment: Tools. Personal suitability: Accurate. Excellent oral communication.
