Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: All weather conditions. Work setting: Religious organization. Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform safety and security checks. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for mature workers: Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination .- LocationRichmond, BC
