Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Chronic or long-term care facilities/centres. Tasks: Consult with other health care professionals to evaluate treatment plans . Prepare a treatment plan for each patient. Provide education to clients regarding health promotion and injury prevention, management and treatment. Implement treatment plans. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS). CPR Certificate.
