Feed and tend animals. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Maintain quality control and production records. Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens. Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry. Perform general farm duties. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns, pens and chicken coops. Equipment and machinery experience: Feeding and watering system. Automated systems experience: Bulk grain or feed handling - automated. Area of specialization: Poultry. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Physically demanding.
