Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Organized.
