Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Urban area. Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Train workers in duties and policies. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of equipment. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Train staff. Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems. Establish work schedules. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs.
