Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required. Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements. Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications. Research and evaluate a variety of software products. Program special effects software for film and video applications. Write, modify, integrate and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications. Manage incidents. JavaScript Object Notation (JSON). Robotic process automation. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests. Collect and document user's requirements. Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls. Research technical information to design, develop and test computer-based systems. Develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage and work processes. Develop process and network models to optimize architecture. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Registration as a Professional Engineer. Computer and technology knowledge: Agile. Eclipse. Salesforce. Java. SQL. Programming software. ASP.NET. API. Git. Python. Postman. SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD). Programming languages. Performance testing. Area of specialization: Scrum. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
