Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Asset languages: Hindi. Panjabi; Punjabi. Tasks: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Develop and guide the behaviour of farm animals. Diagnose livestock health issues. Disinfect pens, barns or poultry houses. Groom horses in preparation for competitions and shows. Perform pig littering activities such as clipping needle teeth, docking tails, administering iron and other medication(s), identification of piglets, and castration. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns, pens and chicken coops. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.- LocationPuslinch, ON
