Job details
Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Install web server hardware and software. Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade web server hardware and software. Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance. Modify Web pages, applets and scripts. Respond to requests for help and information from Website visitors and Website designers. Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Support for Indigenous people: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Supports for visible minorities: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.).- LocationRichmond, BC
