Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Work setting: Room and board provided. Various locations. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Install vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation. Clean work area. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Area of specialization: Single ply sheet membrane roofing system. Modified roofing system. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Weight handling: More than 45 kg (100 lbs).
