Responsibilities
Tasks

Administer nutrition plan for food preparation and service programs

Analyze current scientific nutritional studies to improve nutritional programs

Determine the nutritional treatment plan

Evaluate program effectiveness to improve the nutritional value, taste, appearance and preparation of food

Guide a client who wants to improve their athletic performance

Monitor the nutritional status of individuals who follow a predetermined nutritional treatment plan

Provide a complete nutritional assessment

Plan, evaluate and conduct nutrition education programs and develop educational materials for various audiences

Aid in the prevention of inadequate nutrition
