Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Administer nutrition plan for food preparation and service programs. Analyze current scientific nutritional studies to improve nutritional programs . Determine the nutritional treatment plan. Evaluate program effectiveness to improve the nutritional value, taste, appearance and preparation of food. Guide a client who wants to improve their athletic performance. Monitor the nutritional status of individuals who follow a predetermined nutritional treatment plan. Provide a complete nutritional assessment. Plan, evaluate and conduct nutrition education programs and develop educational materials for various audiences. Aid in the prevention of inadequate nutrition.
