*Job Overview* We are seeking a enthusiastically experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. Tell us your WHY! *Responsibilities* - Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials. - Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required. - Provide excellent patient care by reassuring and educating patients about their treatments. - Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic. - Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and work areas. - Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently. - Assist with administrative tasks, including billing and insurance verification when necessary. - Stay updated on new dental technologies and practices to enhance patient care. *Requirements* - Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, with knowledge of medical terminology. - Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic is highly desirable. - Experience in pediatrics or orthodontics is a plus but not mandatory. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Certification in dental assisting or relevant training is preferred. - A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
