*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate IELTS Teacher to join our educational team. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and fostering a positive learning environment. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the IELTS curriculum - Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning - Assess students' abilities and provide constructive feedback - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues - Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles - Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed *Skills* Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field - Teaching certification or license - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to inspire and motivate students Nice-to-have: - Experience as IELTS examiner will be preferred - IELTS listening/speaking/reading/writing over 8 (Academic category) Job Type: Freelance Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Every Weekend * Weekends as needed Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience: * Microsoft Office: 1 year (required) * Leadership: 1 year (required) * Classroom experience: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationNorth York, ON
