We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Monitor and assess children's progress and development. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom. Qualifications: Certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) preferred. Previous experience working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
