Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Willing to relocate. General manufacturing. Tasks: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables. Set up and adjust production machineries/tools. Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance. Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments. Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers). Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools. Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments. Measuring tools: Micrometers. Callipers. Calibre. Gauges. Verniers. Equipment and machinery experience: Boring machines. Milling machines. Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail.
