Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the development of the strategy and coordinating the full implementation of all marketing programs. Bring your sense of humour to work in our fun, hardworking, dog-friendly office! *PRIMARY OBJECTIVES* The Marketing Manager is responsible for connecting audiences to a clear and compelling brand through a variety of corporate and project-specific marketing programs. This role contributes to a successful Sales and Marketing department by leading strategies that create the demand and brand cache that helps achieve project and corporate success. Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager works interdepartmentally, helping to champion the marketing functions of the organization while working alongside key team members to ensure the successful development and implementation of marketing and revenue strategies. A passionate brand ambassador with strong business acumen, the Marketing Manager has a proven track record in developing and overseeing the successful implementation of strategic marketing programs within the residential construction industry. *ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES* ? Leading the development of project specific marketing strategies in addition to hands-on, end to end execution of residential construction marketing programs that deliver the desired business objectives ? Developing positioning strategies and honing differentiators, ensuring product and corporate positioning is effectively woven into communications ? Manage the ongoing execution of a best-in-class social media program and coordinate its successful implementation including managing and curating weekly content, ensuring alignment with the brand and strategy, monitoring social feeds, and responding appropriately to posts on all platforms ? Overseeing a portfolio of marketing and communications projects; managing project resources, deliverables, and project schedules/deadlines ? Providing meaningful input into product development strategies ? Championing continuous process improvements that support the effective and scalable implementation of marketing programs and deliverables to support company growth ? Overseeing/ensuring the timely implementation of marketing strategy, campaigns, and promotions. ? Helping to develop and managing project-specific and corporate marketing budgets from end-to-end, ensuring expense targets are met; tracking, approving, and coding expenses ? Influencing the long-range activities of marketing and media agencies and suppliers? Managing creative content for project and corporate marketing, including copywriting and design ? Overseeing a portfolio of marketing and sales resources including materials and assets to ensure development and sales teams have the tools required to ensure continued growth ? Providing creative direction for the development of brand and media assets including rendering, photography, and video ? Conducting market research activities, ensuring ongoing market awareness by the marketing, sales, development, and leadership teams ? Representing Flintstones Design Build publicly as required, including attendance at events as required ? Regularly analyze, track, and report on key marketing and sales metrics and recommend strategies to improve results ? Sharing responsibility for weekly Sales and Marketing team meetings to ensure the successful execution of projects and strategies ? Upholding the Flintstones Desig- LocationVictoria, BC
