You play a leadership role by ensuring the smooth running of operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of files and mobilizing your team members.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Your job</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Mobilize and manage human resources, autonomously, to ensure the achievement of the business plan</span></li> <li><span>Ensure the workflow of your section to meet your service productivity and quality objectives, and their compliance with policies, standards and procedures</span></li> <li><span>Monitor support activities and implement controls to maximize the efficiency and quality of operations, while contributing to their evolution</span></li> <li><span>Conduct or oversee various analyses, research or special projects that have a significant impact on the profitability and efficiency of the Bank</span></li> <li><span>Establish and maintain effective communications with the various stakeholders involved in the activities of the Section</span></li> <li><span>Ensure the development and updating of employees' knowledge through personalized coaching</span></li> <li><span>Implement and monitor development plans</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Your team</span></strong></p> <p><span>Within the IT Operations sector, you will be part of a large team of +/- 40 colleagues and report to the Director, Account opening & Documentation management, Investment Operations.
