You?ll manage kitchen operations, ensure staff efficiency, and maintain a clean, safe environment. * *Drive Sales & Profitability*: Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial goals by monitoring sales, controlling costs, and finding creative ways to drive restaurant performance.
