<em>FORAGE SPEKTRA INC. is looking for a person for the position of administrative assistant for its main office in Val-d'Or.<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">https://spektradrilling.com/en/jobs/</span><br><br>According to a schedule of a minimum of 20 hours per week, or 5 mornings per week and under the supervision of the Regional Director, the person will see to accomplish the tasks related to:<br><br>? Compilation and monitoring of data related to daily operations;<br>? Participation in the billing process;<br>? Administrative support to management, operations and human resources;<br>? Office management, procurement of supplies and documentation;<br>? Any other related task.<br><br>The minimum skills and competencies required are;<br><br>- Training in accounting, office clerk or other equivalent training. (Any experience equivalent to the training will be considered).<br>- Knowledge of billing and payroll processes and software would be an asset;<br>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word);<br>- A good level of bilingualism (French / English).<br><br>This job description may be subject to change depending on the skills and competencies of the person selected for the position.<br><br>Spektra Drilling offers compensation based on the experience and skills of the person selected.
