Industrial Painter * *WHO YOU ARE* You are an individual with positive energy and strong attention to details. As the Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for all painting jobs in a manufacturing environment to meet quality standards and customer specifications. If you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we will also provide training to help you become successful in your role. *Your responsibilities include:* * Conduct painting jobs and ensure adherence to process requirement and quality standards * Operate and maintain equipment used to spray or coat products * Select and prepare paint and coating materials according to instructions and specifications * Ensure all health and safety procedures and policies are followed * Other duties as required *YOU ARE* * Reliable and punctual * A person with great attention to details * Organized, willing to learn, and open to continuous improvement * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) * Willing to step up and help out where needed *YOU HAVE* * Industrial painting experience * Ability to work independently and within a team environment * Physical capability to stand and bend for painting jobs * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Ability to work over time hours if required * Knowledge of chemical application techniques. * Proactive and flexible attitude to meet changing work needs and demands *ADDITIONAL INFORMATION* Talius is an equitable employer.
