*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills. *Duties* - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. - Assist customers with product information, invoices, scheduling delivery dates - Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience. - Decorating show rooms -Physically able to lift up to 50lbs -Cleaning and stocking shelves -Loading and unloading trucks when required *Experience* - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. - Strong communication skills - Ability to analyze situations quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.. - A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships. -Experience in decorating would be a strong asset Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-05- LocationClinton, ON
