Required Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 Graduation<p> Building Service Worker Certificate<p> Valid BC Drivers License <p> Fire Safety Course<p> Self-starter with ability to organize daily tasks and work independently and as a member of a team<p> Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions<p> Good interpersonal and communication (oral) skills<p> Physical ability to perform the assigned duties (including climbing ladders and scaffolds)OR an equivalent combination of training and experienceDesirable Qualifications and Experience: Certification as Building Service Worker (Division I, III, IV) by Canadian Building Servicing Association<p> Previous experience in the maintenance of commercial or school buildings<p> Basic Computer Skills (e-mail)<p> Building Service Management Course<p> Training in building trades <p>Qualified candidates are invited to submit a resume via www.makeafuture.ca under West Vancouver Schools.
