We provide trauma-informed counselling services to a wide demographic of clients in our surrounding communities. We are looking for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who is relational and person-centered, trauma-informed and trauma-trained, and who has a strong working knowledge of ethics. *What You'll Be Doing* * Provide trauma-informed, client-centered counselling both in-person and online. * Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical records. * Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including physicians and community resources, to support client care. * Timely and professional communication with our staff and clientele * Writing reports as required. * Maintain client confidentiality. * Uphold ethical and legal standards. * Support client empowerment and growth. *Qualifications:* * Master's degree in Counselling Psychology or related field. * Registered and in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC designation) or Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCC designation). * Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Exceptional customer service. * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. * Committed to ongoing professional development. * Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada and legally able to work in Canada. * *Considered Assets*: trauma training; ability to work with children and youth, couples, or families; ability to counsel in a second language; somatic therapy or EMDR therapy training; evening and/or weekend availability; 3+ years experience providing counselling services. *Why Join Us?* We care about supporting you in doing your best work and preventing therapist burnout.
