We look forward to connecting and showing you why Sterling Health is a great choice for your next career! *The Role:* * Assist with the day-to-day delivery of care and requirements of the resident * Work closely with the multi disciplinary team to facilitate the best practices are being used * Provides support to residents, their family and visitors during the resident's stay * Other duties as required *Qualifications* * Completion of a recognized Canadian Health Care Aide program * Active HCA registration on the Alberta Healthcare Aide Directory * Current CPR / First Aid Certification / Equivalency required * Previous experience in the area of Gerontology and Designated Assisted Living an asset * Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in delivering excellence in customer service/patient care, employee communication and development * A current and clear Criminal Records Check including Vulnerable Sector Search We thank all candidates for their application but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
