*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operations within our facility. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. Also will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while assisting in various projects as needed. *Responsibilities* - Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials. - Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment and workstations. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. - Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. - Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently, production goals and deadlines. - Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors. *Skills* - Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. - Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery operation is preferred. - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
