*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively in a non judgemental and professional manner. *Responsibilities* * Provide accurate information about products. * Analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience. * Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products based on customer needs. * Manage the POS during shift to ensure accurate sales. * Opening and or Closing procedures done accurately and efficiently after being fully trained. * Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. *Skills* * Proficiency in English is required. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction. * Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly. * Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous. * Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions. * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. * Multilingual abilities are highly valued in our diverse customer base.
