*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates techniques and demonstrate the ability to lead engaging classes that cater to various skill levels. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting overall wellness and helping clients achieve their fitness goals through effective instruction and personalized support. *Responsibilities* - Conduct Pilates reformer classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper form and technique and flow of the class. - Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and how it can enhance their physical fitness. - Develop and implement class plans that accommodate different skill levels and goals. - Provide personalized feedback to clients to help them improve their practice. - Maintain a positive and motivating environment that encourages client participation and community. - Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress and any modifications needed. - Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and properly maintained before and after classes. - Foster strong customer service relationships by being approachable and responsive to client needs. *Skills* - Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire clients during classes. - Excellent time management skills to effectively plan and execute class schedules. - Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all participants. - Ability to educate clients on Pilates principles while ensuring safety and effectiveness in practice. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to convey instructions clearly.
