<p>BY JOINING OUR TEAM, YOU WILL PARTICULARLY:</p><ul><li>Execute the final inspection of medical devices in the cleanroom after the product has been fully assembled and prior to packaging.</li><li>Proceed to dimensional measurements, perform visual inspection and functional tests according to work instructions to ensure all acceptance criteria are met.</li><li>Ensure that inspection results are properly recorded and that products that do not pass final inspection are segregated.</li><li>Perform periodic maintenance on equipment according to equipment maintenance plans and document results of the maintenance.</li><li>Perform the incoming inspection in the laboratory on received components and materials.</li><li>Verify documentation, perform visual inspection, take dimensional measurements, and perform functional tests according to inspection criteria and ensure all acceptance criteria are met. When acceptance criteria are not met, ensure nonconforming material is identified and segregated and communicated. Determine the appropriate sample size and document the inspection results.</li></ul> <br> <p>REQUIRED EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES</p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the industry.</li><li>Knowledge of quality and conformity systems.</li><li>Capable of detecting nonconformities while performing repetitive inspection.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills in an autonomously manner.</li><li>Highly detail oriented, quality focused and meticulous individual.</li><li>Excellent time management skills, adaptable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to make product judgements against applicable specifications.</li><li>Ability to utilize attribute and variable measuring equipment/gauges.</li><li>Good documentation skills to maintain neat and accurate records.</li><li>Ability to work in independently and in a team setting.</li><li>Advanced level of French, oral and written;</li><li>Advanced level of English, in order to interact with customers and suppliers who are mainly international. To be in compliance with international industry standards.</li><li>Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing as well as blueprint interpretation is an asset.</li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
