Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians. Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. Direct and control daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Recruit staff. Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel . Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems. Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail.
