*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. * Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation. * Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures. *Experience* * Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is essential. * Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.
