Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Hot. Work setting: Bakery. Tasks: Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products. Perform corrective machine adjustments. Record production information. Observe gauges, computer printouts and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Make adjustments to process variables. Maintain shift log of production and other data. Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Team player.
