Furthermore, COGIR Immobilier's success is based on good teamwork between the different departments and on all the people who have joined the company for over 25 years.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>We are currently looking for a maintenance attendant to fill a permanent part-time position 25 hours per week, day and evening, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and every other weekend.<BR><BR>The job will become full-time, 40 hours per week in January.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Assist the maintenance manager when needed.</li></ul><div>Construction</div><ul><li>All other related tasks</li><li>Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior</li><li>Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots</li><li>Make service calls</li><li>Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas</li><li>Preventive maintenance on equipment</li><li>Remove snow and ice on sidewalks</li><li>Taking out the trash</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset</li><li>Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset</li><li>Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs</li><li>Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Possibility of advancement</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>Career Opportunity</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Part Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Multiple schedules available</div>- LocationLaSalle, QC
