Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Handle and report lost and found items. Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Clean changing rooms and showers. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Supports for visible minorities: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.- LocationFort St. John, BC
