Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher and painters to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finishing drywall surfaces to ensure a smooth and seamless appearance. Responsibilities: - Apply drywall compound to walls and ceilings - Smooth out imperfections and ensure surfaces are ready for painting - Sand surfaces to prepare them for finishing - Repair cracks, holes, and other damages in drywall - Match textures on walls and ceilings - Caulk gaps and seal joints as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher or similar role - Proficiency in drywall installation techniques - Knowledge of carpentry, construction painting, and blueprint reading - Ability to interpret building specifications and blueprints - Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing work - Familiarity with various tools used in drywall finishing - Excellent communication and teamwork skills *Nice-to-have Skills:* - Experience in caulking and sealing joints - Background as a maintenance person or carpenter - Familiarity with building processes from start to finish This position offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise in drywall finishing within a dynamic construction environment.
