*Job Description:*
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual, group, and family counselling services, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct initial assessments to understand client?s needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Provide individual, group, and family counselling sessions.
* Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems.
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care.
* Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field.
* Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
* Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and coping strategies.
*Qualifications:*
* Master?s degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
* Current registration with a recognized professional body.
* Minimum of 1 year of clinical counselling experience.
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
