Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, hybride, possibilité d'être rattaché au site du Centre-Ville ou au site basé sur la rive-sud. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (70 000 $ à 80 000 $). <br> <br>Vos missions seront :</p><p>I am currently looking for a senior IT technician for one of our clients. This is a permanent, hybrid position, with the possibility of being attached to the downtown site or the site based on the south shore. The salary offered varies according to experience ($70,000 to $80,000). <br>Your duties will include : <br>* Managing incidents and requests submitted to the helpdesk. <br>* Follow up tickets (incidents and requests) in coordination with end users, from their opening to their closing. <br>* Provide solutions to incidents or service requests in compliance with internal processing standards, ensuring that tickets are regularly updated. <br>* Contributing to identity and access management by creating or deleting user profiles and IT accounts, in line with customer requirements and the company's IT standards. <br>* Helping to manage the escalation of incidents and requests, working closely with the management teams. <br>* Documenting and analysing procedures and solutions. Produce technical procedures to facilitate the work of customers and support teams. <br>* Manage IT equipment as employees arrive and depart. <br>* Overseeing IT asset management and inventory, including the recycling, organisation and storage of hardware.</p><p>* AEC or DEC in computer science <br>* At least 8 years' experience in a similar position <br>* Mastery of the Office suite, particularly in an O365 environment, and associated tools. <br>* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 systems, MS Office suites, desktops and laptops, smartphones, tablets, multifunction printers, videoconferencing services, as well as network environments (LAN/WAN implementation, support and management, TCP/IP protocol, router and switch management). <br>* Knowledge of Fortinet products is an asset. <br>* Excellent customer service skills. <br>* Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. <br>* Strong communication, internal customer service and relationship building skills. <br>* The successful candidate will be required to drive to other company sites. <br> <br>The company offers a competitive salary, social benefits (group insurance, retirement savings, sick days), flexible working conditions and 3 weeks' holiday. <br>You can contact me at <br>Find all our offers on www.fedit.ca</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
