Multicrete Systems Inc., headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is a leader in the Shotcrete and Concrete industry and we are now looking to expand by adding a new member to our Corporate Group. We are looking to add a Millwright to our Winnipeg Shop. *Responsibilities & Duties:* Reporting to the Fabrication/Maintenance Manager the Industrial Mechanic will: * Troubleshoot industrial machinery and/or equipment; * Suggest methods of improvement to equipment; * Inspect and examine machinery to troubleshoot irregularities and/or malfunctions; * Operate tools to fabricate parts during repair and fabrication; * Participate in the preventative maintenance program; * Repair the equipment in a timely manner; * Conduct safety checks on company vehicles and equipment; * Interpret technical manuals and drawings; * Complete detailed work orders/commissioning documentation; * Review hydraulic systems and/or troubleshoot and repair; * Assist the manger with paperwork. NOTE: The role may involve travel. *Qualifications & Skills:* * *Must have a strong background with hydraulics;* * Minimum 5-7 years in a mechanical role; * Experience with mobile equipment, loaders and forklifts; * Comfortable working with computers; * Holding a certificate from a post-secondary school is an asset; * Excellent communication skills are required; * Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
