With over ten years of experience providing psychological assessment and services through local school boards and in private practice, we serve clients of all ages. Our passion for providing accessible and meaningful assessment and interventions for our clients is evident in our programming.
The position:
We are looking for a psychotherapist that can assist clients by increasing their awareness of their strengths and differences as well as supporting their individual mental health needs. A strong understanding of the needs of individuals with poor executive functioning and social skills deficits will be important in assisting our clients to meet their goals. Clinicians with a positive mindset and who are looking be part of a collaborative team would find this to be an excellent opportunity.

What you bring:
* Masters degree in psychology, psychotherapy, social work, counselling, or a related mental health field is required.
* A successful candidate is a member in good standing of a regulatory body identified as able to deliver psychotherapy services in Ontario (e.g. College of Psychologists of Ontario, College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers) .
* 2-4 years of clinical/treatment experience post registration, working with individuals with a wide range of clinical presentations.
* Must provide your own professional liability insurance and vulnerable sector check
* Experience working with neurodiverse clients is an asset.
* Must be able to provide in person services in our offices in Cambridge Ontario.
*The successful applicant must be able to practice INDEPENDENTLY. Supervision will NOT be provided. Additionally, this applicant must also live near or be able to successfully commute to Cambridge as in office services are REQUIRED.*

Pay: $75.00-$90.00 per hour
