*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of presses to produce high-quality parts and components. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Operate and monitor press machines to ensure proper functioning and quality output. * Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. * Conduct quality inspections of finished products, ensuring they meet specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements. * Utilize hand tools and machinery, including CNC, milling machines, plasma cutting, and laser cutting equipment as needed. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively. * Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. *Experience* * Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred. * Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus. * Proficiency in quality inspection processes and techniques. * Knowledge of machining processes and programming is advantageous. * Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation effectively. * Experience with hand tools, CNC machinery, plasma cutting, and laser cutting is desirable.
