*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
* Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain organized office files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
* Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
* Support training development initiatives by coordinating schedules and materials for training sessions.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management to facilitate office operations.
* Oversee clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
* Provide team management support by assisting with project coordination and resource allocation.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Familiarity with office equipment and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite. Quickbooks Online).
* Experience in human resources or training development is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations is preferred.
