Description The Claims Examiner is accountable to assess claims for benefit entitlement by adhering to contractual, medical, functional, and occupational information to render claim decisions according to contract and established processes. In compliance with the instructions and defined internal/external policies and procedures you will deliver the decision in a timely manner, while providing exceptional service to the different stakeholders. What you will do Responsible for assessing claims for benefit entitlement (Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Disability, Critical Illness and Job Loss), by reviewing contractual, medical, functional and occupational information and in accordance with certificate provisions, adhering to established routines and processes for our various clients.
