Are you an energetic, versatile, and friendly individual looking for an exciting opportunity? Threshold is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Café Barista & Customer Service. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, crafting delicious beverages, and assisting with retail operations. Whether you're behind the espresso machine creating the perfect latte or helping a customer find the ideal accessory to complement their style, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our patrons. *Responsibilities:* * Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency with every cup. * Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing exceptional service and product knowledge. * Assist customers with retail purchases, offering guidance and recommendations as needed. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and retail space, including stocking shelves and cleaning equipment. * Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. * Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting each other as needed. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in café/barista roles preferred. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers. * Passion for coffee, food, and retail with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Canada. *Benefits:* * Competitive hourly wage with opportunities for tips. * Employee discounts on food, beverages, and retail merchandise. * Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. * Flexible scheduling options to accommodate part-time availability. * Fun and dynamic work environment with a supportive team of colleagues.
