Finchgate Physiotherapy is multidisciplinary clinic looking for expansion of the team. We would add the Psychotherapist in our team.As a Registered Psychotherapist on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients within occupational rehabilitation, injury management, chronic pain, brain injury and mental health programs. Responsibilities: * *Conduct Assessments:* Evaluate clients? mental health through interviews, observations, and psychological tests. * *Develop Treatment Plans:* Create personalized therapy plans based on assessments and client goals. * *Provide Therapy:* Utilize various therapeutic techniques (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy) to help clients work through issues. * *Monitor Progress:* Regularly assess and document clients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. * *Maintain Confidentiality:* Ensure client privacy and confidentiality in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements. * *Collaborate with Other Professionals:* Work with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care. * *Educate Clients:* Provide clients with information about their conditions and coping strategies. * *Stay Current:* Engage in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and emerging therapies. Qualifications: * *Education:* Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. * *Licensure:* Valid state license to practice as a psychotherapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT). * *Experience:* Prior experience in a clinical setting is often preferred. * *Skills:* Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
