You will be responsible for overseeing and working on almost all aspects of the ongoing development and implementation of Opifiny?s product. You will interface with clients and our team in-house. *Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of our products, ensuring they meet market demands and align with our business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across various teams. *Duties* * Lead the product development process from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements. * Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications. * Utilize analytics tools to track product performance and identify areas for improvement. * Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs. * Develop and maintain documentation related to product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes throughout the product lifecycle. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation in our products. *Experience* * Proven experience in product management or a related field, preferably within a SaaS environment. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources including SQL databases. * Proficiency in HTML and understanding of web technologies as they relate to product development. * Experience in managing cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions that drive results.
