*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and high-quality meals. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a positive work environment while upholding the standards of our establishment. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service management. *Duties* * Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff to ensure efficient operations. * Train and mentor team members in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols. * Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to meet quality standards. * Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food handling processes. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with management to develop menus and implement special promotions. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in food preparation and restaurant management. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management. * Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A background in hospitality or hotel operations is preferred.
