*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. *Duties* * Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including proper disposal of waste. * Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff. * Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during all cleaning processes. * Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. * Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors to maintain a clean kitchen environment. *Experience* * Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team are essential. * Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
