Education: Master's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: College or university educational institution/establishment. Tasks: Supervise students in work session. Supervise teaching assistants. Train students in practical shop work session. Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses. Prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress. Prepare reports. May serve on faculty committees concerned with matters such as budgets, curriculum revision, staffing and course and diploma requirements.. Conduct course and program evaluation or review. Deliver lectures and presentations. Lead discussion groups and seminars. Provide assistance to students with special needs. Teach students through lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations and laboratory, shop and field studies. Supervision: 16-20 people. More than 20 people. Target audience: Adults.
