Add to this, challenging work assignments and excellent opportunities for career and professional growth. <span class="long-word">**Responsibilities*</span> * Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and foster safety and environmental rules and procedures. * Perform duties that range from routine preventative maintenance to repairing major breakdowns, including troubleshooting and diagnostics. * Disassemble and reassemble components such as engines, transmissions, cooling systems, fuel and exhaust systems, brakes, clutches, differentials, hydraulics, electrical systems, and lubrication systems. * Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy equipment including haul trucks, graders, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, Trucks, Trailers, or other heavy equipment. * Working with brands such as CAT, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, International, John Deere, Komatsu, Hitachi, Madill, Tiger Cat, Eaton, Rockwell, Spicer, Allison *Qualifications* * Valid Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson's Heavy Duty Mechanic or Commercial Transport Technician Certification * Valid driver's license * Strong interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Previous Heavy-Duty experience is an asset * Previous product knowledge is an asset. * Valid CVIP certificate * Ozone depleting substance (ODS) certificate * Previous experience with CAT ET, Cummins Insite, or DDDL is an asset *What we offer* Signing Bonus for the right candidate - Comprehensive Health Benefits - Flexible shift schedules available - Available overtime - As well $2.50/Hr for each extra credential, field differential, and or Accredited training.
