Responsibilities: * The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external individuals. * The ability to anticipate and solve customer problems. * The ability to use reasoning, organization, and analytical skills to resolve issues related to requests for the client's services. * The ability to handle multiple projects at once. * The ability to handle stress effectively; it may be necessary to handle disputes between customers and clients. * The ability to use technology systems. * The ability to review and evaluate information in order to make decisions regarding requests for the client's services. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Belleville, ON K8P 1B7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): * Are you able to work the scheduled 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm Shift * Would you be willing to commute to Peterborough for training as well as Mondays to build a relationship with the rest of the team, maintain decoration knowledge and product knowledge sessions?
