Assistant Managers also oversee business operations in the absence of the Store Manager. * Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer focused sales associates and leaders * Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values * Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties * Execute all merchandising, marketing and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives * Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers * Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness * Provide leadership to the store team; providing guidance, coaching and training to your team so they can achieve great results * Creating a positive work environment that embodies our values *Who You Are* * Experienced retail supervisor who is able to motivate, train and coach others to success * Holds strong retail and business acumen * Has excellent sales skills and is committed to ensuring amazing customer experiences * Committed to teamwork and can apply our philosophy that ?none of us is as good as all of us? * Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store * Has flexible availability; Assistant Managers work a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts *WHY CLEO* Our mission is to be today?s choice in meeting women?s fashion needs, by offering styles that are flattering with a dress up/dress down versatility that gives her the value and quality she can trust, in a fun, friendly, easy to shop store.
